Camp will be open to both boys and girls ages 6 to 15 and is designed to accommodate all levels of players. Each day’s session will include fully demonstrated training to help each field player gain a new level of proficiency.
Individual technical Focus: Passing, Trapping (foot, thigh and chest); Heading, shooting and dribbling and moves.
Team Tactical Focus: Combination play, attacking and defending. Techniques will then be applied in small sided game scenarios. Contest: a juggling contest and a 3v3 competition, with awards going to the winners.
Goalkeepers will work on improving technique, especially focusing on footwork, advanced catching and diving. Particular focus will be placed on catching, collapse diving, breakaways, highballs and crosses as well as distribution and communication.
